미스터타임 서비스 유지까지도 위협을 받는 상황이 발생하였습니다.
따라서 저작권 침해 워치페이스에 대한 대응 정책을 아래처럼 강화하겠습니다.
신고 누적 기준이 아닌 위반 사항 발생 기준으로 판단하며, 최대 계정 무통보 삭제까지 될 수 있습니다.
향후 저작권 관련 법적인 문제 발생시 미스터타임 약관에 의거하여 해당 콘텐츠를 게시한 회원에게 모든 권리와 책임이 있음을 알려드립니다.
또한, 인기순이나 최신순 워치페이스 중 저작권 침해 콘텐츠를 발견하시면 즉시 오른쪽 위의 [더보기(…)] 버튼을 눌러 신고 부탁드립니다.
건강한 콘텐츠 플랫폼을 함께 만들어갈 수 있도록 사용자분들 모두의 협조를 간곡히 부탁드립니다.

- 특정 브랜드명이나 로고 노출
- 특정 브랜드 시계 다이얼이나 바늘 이미지 무단사용
- 특정 캐릭터 무단 사용
[기존 정책]
- 3회 이상 신고 누적시 → 워치페이스 비공개 처리 & 1차 경고 메일 발송
- 2회 이상 신고 추가 누적시 → 워치페이스 비공개 처리 & 2차 경고 메일 발송
- 이후 추가 위반시 → 계정 삭제 + 통보, 필요할 경우 계정 영구정지 처리
[변경 정책]
- 2회 이상 위반시 → 워치페이스 비공개 처리 혹은 무통보 삭제 & 경고 메일 발송
- 5회 이상 위반시 → 계정 무통보 삭제 혹은 계정 영구정지 처리

As copyright infringement content is continuously uploaded in the app,
MR TIME service operation itself is threatened.
Therefore, we will strengthen our policy of responding to copyright infringement watch faces as below.
Judging based on the occurrence of a violation, not on the cumulative basis of the report, the account can be deleted without any notice.
In the future, in responding to copyright-related legal action, we would like to inform you that the users who posted the content under the terms and conditions of MR TIME have all rights and responsibilities.
Also, if you see any copyright-infringing watch face in Popular Now or Just Arrived section, please press [more options(…)] button in the right top corner, and report it right away.
We sincerely ask for your cooperation so that we can make the platform stay clean together.

[Original Policy]
1. Reported more than 3 times → Switch the watch face to private & Send primary warning mail
2. More than once more reports are added → Switch the watch face to private & Send secondary
3. Further violations → Delete the account with notice or suspend the account permanently if necessary
[Changed Policy]
1. In case of two or more violations → Switch the watch face to private or delete it without notice & Send warning mail
2. In case of violation more than five times → Account deletion or permanent suspension without notice
