안정적인 서비스 제공을 위하여 미스터타임 갤럭시 스토어 모바일 앱 지원이 중단될 예정입니다.

10월 15일 이후부터 갤럭시 스토어 모바일 앱은 신규 업데이트가 진행되지 않으며, 앱 내에서 진행되는 이벤트 및 프로모션 참여가 불가능 합니다.

갤럭시스토어에서는 TIZEN OS 워치용 앱만 제공할 예정이며, 향후 모바일 앱 지원이 완전히 중단 됩니다.

갤럭시 스토어에서 미스터타임 모바일 앱을 다운로드 받으신 사용자분께서는 가급적 기존의 앱을 삭제 후, 구글 플레이에서 앱을 다운로드 받으셔서 사용하시기를 권장드립니다!

[주요 안내사항]

1. 스토어 이동 후에도 기존 계정으로 로그인하시면 됩니다. ‘내 디자인’ 등의 계정 정보 또한 동일하게 유지됩니다.
2. 스토어 이동 후에도 포인트로 구매하신 워치페이스는 계속해서 이용 가능합니다!
3. 갤럭시워치3, 액티브2 등 TIZEN OS 워치용 앱은 갤럭시스토어에서 계속 이용 가능합니다.
4. 갤럭시 스토어 정기 결제(구독)은 중단됩니다. 구독 상품은 해당 스토어의 인앱 결제 시스템을 이용하기 때문에, 구글플레이 버전에서 같은 계정으로 로그인하셔도 갤럭시스토어 구독이 자동으로 이관되지 않습니다. 아래 방법대로 따라해주세요!

[갤럭시스토어 구독자 구글플레이 전환 방법]

1. 현재 사용하고 계신 미스터타임 갤럭시스토어 버전을 삭제 후, 구글플레이에서 다시 설치해주세요.
2. 미스터타임 구글플레이 버전에서 VIP 상품을 신규 결제해주세요.
3. 결제 후 아래의 버튼을 눌러 서식을 채워주세요.
4. 미스터타임 운영팀에서 확인 후, 기존 구독 남은 기간만큼 VIP 구독을 연장해드리겠습니다!
5. 갤럭시스토어 앱 > 메뉴 > 정기 결제 > 정기 결제 해지를 클릭하셔야 갤럭시스토어 결제가 더 이상 진행되지 않습니다.

더 나은 서비스 제공을 위한 결정이오니, 양해를 부탁드립니다.

To provide stable service, we have decided to discontinue support for mobile application from Galaxy Store.

From October 15th, no new update will be made on the MR TIME Galaxy Store app, and new events and promotions are not available.

We will only provide the MR TIME watch app for TIZEN OS Watch from the Galaxy Store, and mobile app support will be completely suspended in the future.

Therefore, we kindly ask you who downloaded MR TIME app from Galaxy Store to delete the existing app and reinstall it from Google Play Store.

[Important Notices]

1. You can log in with your existing account after moving to Google Play Store. Your account information such as “My design” will remain the same.
2. After moving, the watch faces you purchased with points keep available.
3. App for TIZEN OS Watch such as Galaxy Watch 3 and Active 2 is still available in the Galaxy Store.
4. Subscribing to MR TIME from the Galaxy Store will not be available.

Subscription products use the store’s in-app payment system. Therefore, even if you log in with the same account in the Google Play version, your Galaxy Store subscription will not be automatically transferred. Please follow the instructions below!

[How to change subscription from Galaxy Store to Google Play Store]

1. Please delete the mobile app downloaded from Galaxy Store, and reinstall it from Google Play Store.
2. Please make a new purchase of VIP subscription from Google Play Store.
3. Tap the [Change to VIP Subscription] button below after you make a purchase. Please fill in the form.
4. MR TIME Team will check it and extend the VIP subscription for the remaining period of the existing subscription!
5. Don’t forget to cancel your old subscription from Galaxy Store to prevent additional charges.

It’s a decision to provide a better service, so please understand.
