Q. 날씨 정보가 뜨지 않아요.
A. 번거로우시겠지만 날씨 정보를 제대로 표시하려면 네트워크와 위치(GPS)가 켜져 있고, 관련 앱에서 모든 필요 권한들이 켜져 있어야 해요. 아래의 절차를 따라주세요.
1. 갤럭시 워치4가 네트워크에 잘 연결되어 있는지 확인해주세요. 스마트폰과 블루투스로 연결되어 있거나, 와이파이 혹은 데이터로 연결되어 있으면 됩니다.
2. 다음 항목이 켜져 있는지 확인해주세요.
– 갤럭시 워치4의 위치(GPS)
– 갤럭시 웨어러블 앱의 위치 권한
– 갤럭시 워치4 플러그인의 위치 권한
3. 타임플릭 워치 앱 화면을 길게 눌러 ‘꾸미기’ 버튼을 클릭 – ‘설정’ > ‘접근 권한’ > ‘위치 정보’가 켜져 있는지 확인해주세요.4. 스마트폰의 GPS(위치)를 켰는지 확인해주세요.
5. 설정 > 날씨에서 새로고침 아이콘을 눌러주세요. (회전하는 두 개의 화살표)
Q. 워치가 연결되지 않아요.
A. 마이페이지에서 내 워치 찾기를 진행하시기 전에, 타임플릭 워치 앱을 기본 시계 화면으로 변경해주세요. 또한 워치 찾기 버튼을 누를 때 워치의 화면이 꺼지지 않도록 해주세요. (AOD 모드 안됩니다😭) 자세한 내용은 워치 연결 가이드를 참고해주세요!
Q. 워치에서 타임플릭 앱 아이콘이 보이지 않아요.
A. 타임플릭은 워치페이스 형태로 설치되는 앱이기 때문에, 워치 앱 목록에서는 앱 아이콘이 보이지 않습니다. 워치 홈 화면을 꾹~ 눌러 열리는 워치페이스 목록에서만 타임플릭을 보실 수 있어요!
Q. AOD가 나오지 않아요.
A. 타임플릭 워치페이스에서는 해당 워치페이스를 만들 때 사용된 시, 분, 배터리, 텍스트가 자동으로 추출되어 AOD에 표시됩니다. 이때 구성 요소의 색이 검정색이라면 AOD 모드에서 보이지 않을 수 있습니다. 향후에 직접 AOD 화면도 편집할 수 있는 기능을 제공할 수 있을지 현재 검토 중에 있습니다!
– AOD란? Always On Display의 줄임말로, 스마트워치의 화면이 꺼질 때도 배터리 소모를 최대한 줄여 시간을 항상 표시하는 모드를 말합니다. 스마트워치 기기 자체에서 기본적으로 AOD모드에서는 초침이 표시되지 않도록 설정되어 있습니다.
Q. 워치4 그린/핑크를 샀는데 앱에서는 블랙으로 나와요.
Q. 마이페이지에서 워치 모델 색상을 변경하시면 됩니다! [마이페이지 – 내 워치 찾기]에서 연결된 워치 모델명 오른쪽에 있는 [작은 워치 모양 아이콘]을 터치해 주세요. 한 번만 변경하면 이후부터는 앱에 변경된 모델로 적용됩니다.

Q. The number of steps is different from Samsung Health.
A. Yes, you’re right. There are limitations in the information released for third-party apps like ours. Therefore, we have applied basic health data provided by Wear OS for now. We are working with Samsung to sync the data with Samsung Health shortly. We are continuously requesting it so that it can be updated as soon as possible. We ask for your understanding.
Q. I can not get the weather information.
A. To properly display weather information, the network and location (GPS) must be turned on, and all necessary permits must be allowed to the related app. Please follow the procedure below.
1. Make sure your watch be connected to the network. It must be connected to one of those Wi-fi, Data, or Bluetooth.
2. Make sure that the apps below are allowed permission to the location.
– TIMEFLIK Mobile App
– Galaxy Wearable
– Galaxy Watch 4 Plug-in
-TIMEFLIK Watch App (tap the watch home screen for a while – TIMEFLIK watch face – Customize – Settings – Permissions)
3. Turn on the GPS from your smartphone
3. Touch the refreshing icon from your watch. (settings-Weather)
Q. I can see no AOD on my watch face.
A. AOD can not be changed by the user. Only the hour hand, minute hand, battery, and text are automatically extracted and displayed in the watch face. If you set the color of those components to black, it may not be visible in AOD mode. We are now considering providing the function to edit AOD!
– What is AOD? : Always On Display shows the time and information with ultra-low power consumption. It can be set up in your watch settings. Second hand can not be shown in AOD mode.
Q. I can not find the TIMEFLIK app on my watch.
A. The app icon doesn’t show on your watch. Touch your watch’s home screen for a second and enter the app!!
Q. I can not connect my watch.
A.You need to change your watch face to the TIMEFLIK watch app before connecting. Please be aware that the display must be on during connection. (No AOD😭)
Q. My watch is green, but it shows black on the app.
A. You can change the color from MY PAGE. [MY PAGE – Find my watch] Touch the watch shape icon on the right side. Once you set the color, it will be applied to the app afterward.
